Our Super Day
Dear Readers,
Today we came in this morning and we saw the planetarium all finished in the classroom. Mrs. Sturm, our art teacher, came in to our classroom to show us how to make Saturn's rings.
Later this morning we had a little girl named Sophia come and visit our class for the day. We showed her, the gym when we had physical education class today.
After lunch, we used our math work mats to practice adding two, two-digit numerals like 35 + 20. Then we took a pretest in short a and short i words and practiced them on Spelling City.
Typing Pal is a computer program that helps us use the key board the correct way. Oh, then we finally had time to write our script for our photo stories for our solar system part. We can hardly wait until we can show you it!

Hi 2B! We would love to come to your room and see your planetarium. We are learning about the solar system, but focusing mostly on the moon. We would love to see how you made the planets!
ReplyDeleteI was looking on your Shelfari and saw the book "Our Lady of Kibeho". I almost went to Kibeho when the Blessed Mother was appearing to the 8 young people. However, we had to change our plans and went to Medjugorje instead. That was a wonderful experience. Did Sr. Ruth tell you about the Blessed Mother's appearances in Kibeho?
